  1. How will I know when to get a new mattress?
A mattress usually last up to 7 - 10 years. However, you may not realize how much sleep you have lost due to the gradual lost of comfort and support of your mattress. Consider replacing your mattress when you find it harder in getting healthy sleep from the lost of comfort and support, back aches, coils poking through the mattress, collapsing edges, etc.

  2. How do I shop for a mattress?
The person(s) who will be sleeping on the mattress should be the one(s) shopping for it. Wear comfortable clothes and plan on lying down on the sleep sets in your natural sleeping positions. Stay relaxed and roll around and lie on your side. With proper edge supports you will not feel as if you're rolling off the edge of the bed. Sitting on the edge of the bed is another good test. Feel free to drop by one of our showrooms to test your bed personally.

  5. What should I do with my old mattress?
After you have decided to replace your old sleep set - don't pass it over to children or guests. If the support and comfort aren't there, it isn't good for anyone. It is especially important to remember that healthy sleep is a critical part of your child's developmental years. Growing spines need proper support and correct alignment to develop healthy posture
